Alright, lets talk about money today. You work hard everyday to earn it. Money takes a long time to earn. In 2019, the median household cost per square foot is $123. However, that doesn't include some of the more expensive areas that some of our customers live in. That means that the median 12'x12' bedroom or office size costs a whopping $17,712! But we all know that sometimes the cost/square foot can go up to $300 or $400 per square foot for custom homes of more expensive locations like Washington, New York, California, etc. That means triple the price! $50,000 for a bedroom or office space to accommodate more in home visits or converting a guest bedroom to an office. We are all spending more and more time at home with COVID-19.
