Murphy beds are beds that when stored look like a cabinet or closet and fold open to a full size bed. The bed is pulled down from a wall horizontally or vertically oriented. They can turn an office into a bedroom in about 5 seconds. The closets come in a variety of designs and best of all, either come with a mattress or allow you pick your own mattress! Instantly more comfortable. All murphy beds require installation, and must be bolted to the wall, so they become a fixture of the house. Some may also come with side closets or shelving.
